Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing large accounts, and leading business expansion across regions. This role involves strategic planning, key account management, and supervising the BDE team to ensure business targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
• Acquire new clients and manage large accounts in the exhibition & event fabrication industry.
• Conduct high-level meetings, pitch presentations, and close deals.
• Lead and mentor BDEs to ensure productivity and conversion results.
• Forecast sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with design and operations to deliver premium-quality output at competitive cost.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and client communication throughout the execution cycle.
• Build strong relationships with agencies, event organizers, and corporates.
• Market intelligence — track competitor trends, pricing, and innovation.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments.
• Represent Nexhibit in national and international exhibitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven sales experience in exhibitions, events, or fabrication industry.
• Strong negotiation, closing skills, and client relationship management.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Knowledge of stall design, fabrication processes, timelines, and costing.
• Strategic thinking & data-driven decision-making.
