Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including local general practitioners (GPs), specialists (e.g., orthodontists not on staff, periodontists), nursing homes, and corporate wellness programs.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new patient demographics, underserved areas, and potential services or geographic expansion opportunities for the clinic.Corporate Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to secure corporate agreements for dental check-ups, insurance plans, and wellness workshops to drive patient volume.Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns, patient education initiatives, and community engagement events (e.g., health fairs).Referral Management: Track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of various referral channels to maximize the return on investment (ROI).Service Package Development: Assist in developing and packaging high-value dental services (e.g., cosmetic dentistry bundles, implant packages) to increase average patient value.Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, partnership performance, new patient acquisition rates, and revenue impact.
