Business Development Executive

We're looking for Business Development Executive:
Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience: 1–4 years (preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B sales)

Compensation: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard new merchants and business clients

2. Promote and sell our fintech solutions including Payin and Payout services

3. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding

4. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, compliance, support) for smooth integrations

5. Maintain and grow strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

1. 1–3years of experience in B2B business development or sales

2. Strong understanding of payment gateway solutions, UPI, and merchant onboarding

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

5. Experience with industries such as gaming, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus
