Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. You should have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products that meet those requirements.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

  • Lead Generation.

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to build productive business relationships.

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
