Role Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our B2B client base, and lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role includes strategic planning, client acquisition, key account management, and sales team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Generate and convert leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle and close high-value deals.
Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team performance.
Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and analyze market trends.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth certification process delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (ISO/Compliance preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in handling a sales team.
Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage.
Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.
