JOB DESCRIPTION- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEFixing appointment with potential client (HNI, CEOs, Directors, and MDs Et Al).Discussing the product with potential members and inviting them to visit MCA-SAK.Negotiating with potential clients & closing the sale.Assisting clients in touring the entire property and its facilities.Seeking referrals from existing clients.Ensuring a prompt follow-up post meeting.Building a strong rapport with and making relationship calls to existing clientsAssisting in organizing corporate, seasonal and likewise; events.Following the policies of MCA-SAK assigned to the executive in the organizational interest.Preparing as well as maintaining daily, Weekly, Monthly business Report.Anticipating the market trends and developing strategies to enhance the business.Required Candidate profileGood Communication Skills - English / Marathi & Gujarati will be add on.Perks and Benefits High Perks & Incentives.
