Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and drive sales of Reproductive Genetics diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals. The role demands a strong understanding of genetic diagnostics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell reproductive genetics tests (Prenatal & postnatal) to fertility specialists, gynecologists, Pediatrician and hospitals.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new business opportunities in assigned territory. • Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and training sessions for clinicians and lab partners.
• Ensure timely sample collections, logistic coordination, and follow-up for reports and queries.
• Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and activity reports through CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the reproductive genetics division.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in genetic diagnostics.
