Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Arts & Craft Instructor to join our team in Bagalkot. The ideal candidate will teach and guide students (children/teens/adults) through a variety of art and craft activities, encouraging creativity, skill development, and artistic expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging arts and craft sessions/classes.

• Teach various artistic techniques such as drawing, painting, clay modeling, paper craft, collage, textile craft, etc.

• Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression in learners.

• Prepare and organize all materials, art supplies, and tools needed for classes.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized creative space or classroom.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Organize and support art exhibitions, displays, cultural events, or craft fairs.

• Help students with artistic projects and creative problem-solving.

• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and participation.
