Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive at Tag Ingredients, based in Gurgaon. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

About the Role: 
We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team at Tag Ingredients. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving new business, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This position is best suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, thrive in a competitive environment, and enjoy working with a purpose. 

Designation: Business Development Executive
Working Days: 6 days (Mon - Sat)
Reports To : BDM

What You'll Be Doing as a Business Development Executive: 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business clients.

  • Identifying new leads and converting them into long-term business partnerships.

  • Developing and managing a robust personal sales funnel.

  • Managing end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

  • Conducting client meetings, delivering impactful presentations, and pitching tailored solutions.

  • Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team KPIs.

  • Keeping detailed records of sales activities and client communication 

What We’re Open to Seeing in Your Background:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes.

  • A go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in client presentations and lead generation.

  • Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
