Job Description

Job Title: Business development executive – Maduravoyal.

Reports to: HR

Job Location: Maduravoyal

Job Type: Full-time

Job Timing: 9.00 Am to 6.00 pm ( Monday to Saturday)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

●       Specifically looking for a woman candidate.

●       Any degree related to business development.

●       Willing to work in a mid-sized company.

●       Who stays within a 5 to 10 km radius around Maduravoyal.

●       Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

●       Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting targets.

●       Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.

●       Good knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Looking for a dynamic business development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market reach with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

●       This position includes a probation period of 3 months.

●       No PF or ESI is deduction will be made.

●       Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers, distributors, bulk buyers, retailers, and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers).

●       Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.

●       Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer needs in the food manufacturing industry.

●       Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

●       Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules in line with company policies.

●       Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

●       Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

●       Collect client feedback to help improve products, services, and delivery processes.

●       Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

●       Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for management review.
