Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 - 8 Years of experience in business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends, knowledge for international market research.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Project management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Must have skills in lead generation, revenue growth and new business development.
