Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, upwork, email, calls, networking, etc.)
Acquire and manage international clients, understanding their business needs
Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, development, marketing) to align client requirements
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Track, report, and optimize sales pipelines and targets
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development, especially with international clients
Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to generate and qualify leads independently
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, web development)
Expertise in drafting proposals, RFPs, and client documents
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
