About the Role:
We are looking for motivated professionals with a Fintech background to join our team as G-Pay Merchant Credit Executives. The role involves visiting shops based on leads provided by the Business Development team.
•••Key Responsibilities:••
• Visit shops as per leads shared by Business Development Executives.
• Visit on the loan leads to the merchants.
• Leads Provided through the application
• Ensure accurate reporting of daily visits and maintain records of shopkeeper interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets of valid shop visits.
• Bike & Smart Phone is mandatory for this profile.

Requirements:
Prior experience in •Fintech/Payment Solutions•• sales or related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with shopkeepers.
• Bike ownership with valid driving license (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics.
Compensation & Benefits:
Lucknow location - upto 25000
Travel Allowance:- 100rs per day for 10-12 valid visits
• Performance-based incentives may apply.
