Job Summary:

We are looking for Dynamic and Result driven Sales Executive to join our team in Construction Industry. Ideal candidate would be responsible for generating leads, building client relationship, Closing sales.

Key Responsibilities –

•     Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

•     Coordinate and assist customers with site visit once they express interest in property, Ensuring professional and informative experience

•     Explain key features, Benefits and pricing and project timelines during site visit.

•     Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve targets.

•     Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer data in Data Excel Sheet

•     Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads

• Need to have experience in marketing and sales, Including campaigns.

• Need to have field sales work experience.

• Understand the work requirement of management and be readily available for the same.

• Need to have tele calling work experience.

Qualification and Skills:

• ·         Any bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Marketing.

• ·         2 +Years experience in Sales, preferably in sales and marketing in construction or Real Estate industry

• ·         Strong communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills

• ·         Valid driving licenses and willingness to travel locally

• ·         Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
