Job Description

  1. Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales

  2.  

  • Identify and target potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial).

  • Develop relationships with local businesses, housing societies, and corporate clients.

  • Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and follow-ups to generate leads.

  1. Client Consultation & Solution Selling

  2.  

  • Educate customers about solar energy benefits and cost savings.

  • Assess customer energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  1. Market Expansion & Strategy

  2.  

  • Develop strategic plans to increase sales in Bareilly and nearby regions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

  1. Customer Relationship Management

  2.  

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.

  • Ensure post-sales support, including installation coordination and customer feedback.

  1. Coordination & Reporting

  2.  

  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.

  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.

  • Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in solar or energy solutions.

  • Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

  • Other:Willingness to travel within Bareilly and nearby areas.

  • Own vehicle preferred.
