We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in our consulting and lab testing equipment business. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (plastics, pipes & fittings, cables, films, toys, automobiles, etc.)
Generate and follow up on leads and inquiries
Conduct online meetings with customers to understand requirements
Promote and explain product features, technical advantages, and applications
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales to achieve targets
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with technical/service teams for support and installation follow-up
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
Provide customer service and after-sales support
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of testing machines, plastic products, or engineering equipment
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi
Analytical Skills: Market research, competitor mapping, and sales strategy development
Computer Proficiency: MS Office, CRM tools, email etiquette
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel across India if required
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in equipment sales & marketing
