Responsibilities and Duties
1. Understanding & Analysis position requirement.
2. Sourcing, Screening & sharing CVS's as per JD.
3. Head hunting for Middle & Sr positions.
4. Short listing appropriate profiles as per the requirement of office.
5. Validating the interested candidates.
5. Organized and scheduled technical interviews
6. Responsible in all the aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, resume evaluation, phone screening if required.
7. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
8. Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
9. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
