Inside Sales Executive

Lead Follow-Up and Qualification:

Manage and respond to inbound leads generated by the company.
Qualify leads based on customer needs and sales potential.
Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, and online communication.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstration:

Present the features and benefits of motion sensor lights to potential customers.
Customize presentations to meet the specific needs of customers, demonstrating how the product fits their requirements.
Provide clear and accurate pricing, technical details, and product recommendations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide exceptional follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Foster trust and loyalty through effective communication and timely responses.

Sales Conversion & Closing Deals:

Use consultative selling techniques to close sales, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchase decisions.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Keep track of all customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that customer expectations are met and that product information is accurate.
