Job Description

Royal Goldfieldd Club Resort is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving membership sales by engaging with inbound leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and conduct professional tele-calling to generate interest in Royal Goldfieldd Club Resort memberships.

  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth sales journey.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and customer interactions using CRM

  • Assist with regular office activities as required.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

  • Stay updated on product offerings and resort benefits to provide accurate information to prospects.

  • Utilize internet and social media platforms for lead engagement and information gathering.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic Word and Excel.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Computer literacy with knowledge of internet browsing and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.

Work Details:

  • Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

  • Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Weekly Off: Sunday
