Partnership Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners to secure new business opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital transformation services.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.

Client Engagement: Promote our services to prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Project Management: Oversee projects related to new business initiatives and ensure successful execution.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software is preferred.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

Experience with project management and team leadership.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
