We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and help them make informed decisions about their education. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, provide detailed information about courses and programs, and assist applicants from the first contact to enrollment.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and provide detailed course information
Counsel prospective students and parents about admission requirements, eligibility, and course benefits
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain and update student databases and admission records
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Participate in admission campaigns, events, and webinars as needed.
Provide regular reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions to the management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold institutional reputation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language preferred)
Strong counseling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset
Minimum Qualification: 12 Pass.
Experience: 0-6 months in counseling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred)
