Job Title:Business Developer – Barcode Label Sticker Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developer to drive sales and grow our client base for barcode label and sticker products. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, knowledge of barcode labeling solutions, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for barcode label and sticker products in target markets (e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics, FMCG, pharma, etc.).
· Build a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing coordination.
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable barcode label products, including thermal labels, RFID labels, direct thermal, and pre-printed solutions.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer requirements.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
· Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customization of labels as per client specifications.
· Maintain strong client relationships to promote customer retention and up selling opportunities.
· Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree .
Experience:
· 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in barcode labels, stickers, packaging, or printing industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of barcode technologies, label materials, and printing methods.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience selling to supply chain, logistics, or retail operations.
· Technical knowledge of barcode printers, scanners, and software solutions.
