Vision India is hiring for one of our enterprise Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) client, a leading organization in the Smart Metering and utility solutions space. Job Profile: Supervisor (Smart Meter Installation)

Qualification:

·       1 to 2 years of total experience (Mandatory to have at least 1 year on ground technical experience in Power Distribution).

·       Diploma (Electrical or Electronics)/ B.Tech (Electrical or Electronics) or equivalent.

Other Requirements:

·       2 Wheeler along with a valid driving license.

·        Smart Phone with android OS, 6GB RAM & 128 GB Internal Memory to feed the consumer and smart meter data in the Intelli Smart App

Job Description:

·       Facilitate outsourced agencies in their identified areas of operations

·       Technical Support in various smart meter installation operations such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation, operations and maintenance those carried out by Technicians/Helpers.

·       Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of technical issues / grievances.

·       Ensuring the committed targets are met.

·       Quality Checks of meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.

·       Co-ordination with stakeholders i.e. DISCOM, Consumer, Field Team.

Salary:

For installation upto 4 Meters (Single Phase) Per Day:

CTC: Rs. 18,281/- (Including PF & ESIC) In-hand: Rs. 16,419/-

For installation of 5 Meters (Single Phase) Per Day:

CTC: Rs. 19,444/- (Including PF & ESIC) In-hand: Rs. 17,291/-

Incentive Benefits Monthly Basis:

Monthly Incentives over and above average of 5 Meters per Day

·       Additional incentive of INR 10/- will be paid to Supervisor above each 5 Nos meters

Other Benefits:

Travel Allowance Rs. 2500 per month (Only if own vehicle is used) & Mobile Bill Allowance - Rs.300/-
