Job Title: Technical Support
Location: 3rd floor, A-36, Block A, Sector 67, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309.
Salary Range: 20000 - 30000/monthly (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for IoT/telematics/GPS tracking devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, SIM/network, and connectivity issues.
• Analyze device logs, data packets, and communication protocols (TCP/UDP, MQTT, HTTP, SMS).
· Device Management & Deployment
Support field teams in the installation, activation, and configuration of GPS/IoT devices.
Ensure proper firmware updates, device provisioning, and SIM/APN configurations.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Collaboration & Escalation
Work closely with R&D and product engineering teams for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Act as an escalation point for junior support engineers and provide mentorship .
Collaborate with telecom operators and cloud service providers for connectivity-related resolutions.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Create and maintain technical knowledge base, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Suggest improvements in device testing, monitoring, and support processes.
Provide feedback to product teams for hardware and firmware enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 0.6-2 years of experience in IoT/Telematics/GPS device support, testing, or integration.
Strong knowledge of:
• GPS/GNSS systems, IoT hardware, and telematics devices.
• Communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, SMS, USSD).
• GSM/4G/LTE, eSIM/SIM configurations, APN management.
• Device firmware flashing, OTA updates, and debugging.
• Experience with IoT platforms, telematics servers, or M2M,SIM management systems.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs, data streams, and using diagnostic tools (Wireshark, serial debuggers etc.) .
• Familiarity with cloud and device-to-server integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands-on troubleshooting capability.
