Business Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Placement Management

   • Plan, organize, and execute campus placement drives and internship programs.

   • Liaise with companies to understand recruitment needs and schedule placement activities.

   • Maintain records of recruiter interactions, job offers, and placement statistics.

2. Industry Engagement

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HRs, industry bodies, and professional organizations.

   • Identify potential industries and companies for collaboration in placements, internships, and guest lectures.

3. Student Support & Development

   • Guide students on career opportunities, industry trends, and skill development.

   • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on resume building, interview preparation, soft skills, and aptitude tests.

   • Monitor student progress and provide counseling for career-related challenges.
