Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage day-to-day field operations of our pest control services. The role involves coordinating service technicians, ensuring service quality, recruiting new technicians, and providing training to maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily pest control service activities.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Manage service reports, documentation, and customer service records.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
2. Technician Recruitment
• Identify staffing needs for pest control technicians.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local hiring drives, and field networks.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and skill assessments.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding and documentation.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet service demand.
3. Training & Development
• Conduct training programs for new technicians on pest control methods, equipment usage, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance guidance.
• Organize refresher training sessions to improve technician skills.
• Ensure technicians follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
4. Inventory & Equipment Management
• Monitor stock levels of chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of pest control chemicals.
5. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare operational reports including service completion, technician productivity, and recruitment status.
• Coordinate with sales and customer support teams for service scheduling.
• Maintain service documentation and compliance records.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in pest control, facility management, or field service industries.
• Experience in recruitment or team hiring is an advantage.
