Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals,
social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage and maintain candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Extend job offers and assist in the negotiation process.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through engagement and networking activities
