We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team at at Gpr Facilities And Sales Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facilities Management market (hard FM, soft FM, IFM).
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, property managers, and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and propose tailored FM solutions.
Tendering & Proposals
Lead or support the preparation of bids, tenders, RFQs, and proposals.
Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams to develop competitive and compliant FM proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
Market & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements within the FM industry.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional FM services.
Contribute to business development strategies, sales plans, and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Facilities Management services and delivery models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to develop and close B2B sales opportunities
Commercial acumen and understanding of FM pricing models
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
