Business Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to bring their sales expertise to our team at Lakshmi Fincorp in Indore Vijay Nagar . This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 1 year of experience and demonstrate proficiency in share market . Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12 th pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days during the 9 am to 6 pm shift.
