Assistant Sales Manager

Post: Assistant Sales Manager (Female)

Qualification: Graduate or above

Experience: 2–3 years (Sales/Telecalling)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Location: Gurgaon – DLF Phase 1 (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday (2 working Sundays/month for webinars)

Note: Must have own laptop

Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Telecalling & client handling experience

• Interest in spirituality or wellness

• Proactive, target-oriented & self-motivated

• Basic MS Office & WhatsApp proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Promote & sell Sound Healing and wellness courses

• Make 50–60 outbound calls daily & follow up on leads

• Handle WhatsApp promotions & client communication

• Connect with corporates for wellness collaborations

• Maintain reports & achieve monthly sales targets
