Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented After Sales Support Executive to join our team at Artem Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Make feedback and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Resolve customer concerns and manage complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with clear and accurate information to address their issues.

• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, billing, and CRM teams) to resolve complex cases.

• Support the team in improving after-sales service processes and overall customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline (preferred in Business, IT, or Healthcare).

• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or after-sales support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
