Roles and Responsibilities

1. Counsel parents on academic programs, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures.

2. Verify academic records, eligibility, and compliance with admission policies.

3. Maintain and update student databases (CRM, spreadsheets, ERP, etc.).

4. Follow up with potential leads until final conversion to admissions.

5. Promote institution’s brand, courses, and benefits effectively.

6. Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management review.

7. Work with academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
