About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Education Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and institutions. The role involves counselling leads, understanding student needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on courses, colleges, and career options
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes
Build trust and long-term relationships with students

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience 0 - 1 year / Fresher
Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Basic knowledge of sales or counselling processes
