Roles & Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operationsHandle complete inventory management: inward/outward, stock accuracy, stock auditSupervise picking, packing, and dispatch teamEnsure 100% order accuracy and on-time dispatchPrepare daily MIS, reporting, and stock reconciliationCoordinate with vendors, manage GRN entry, and verify purchase ordersMonitor store staff attendance, discipline, shift scheduling, and performanceEnsure hygiene, safety, and overall store maintenance standardsSupport and resolve internal escalations or customer-related issuesManage waste control, identify near-expiry stock and handle accordinglyManage store expenses, petty cash, and reduce operational wastageFollow all company SOPs and assist during internal audits and compliance checks
