Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Provide personalized customer consultation and product recommendations.
Manage and motivate store staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain product knowledge.
Ensure proper visual merchandising, store hygiene, and inventory control.
Handle billing, stock reconciliation, and cash management as per company policies.
Monitor and analyze store performance, preparing daily and monthly reports.
Address customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
