Counter Sales

• Actively engage with customers in the store / booth / display area, introducing and demonstrating Tramontina products.

• Present features, benefits and usage of the products; answer customer queries.

• Maintain an attractive and up-to-date display/presentation of Tramontina merchandise.

• Keep stock of promotional literature, demo units, visuals, etc., and ensure replenishment.

• Support the execution of promotional events, product launches, in-store campaigns.

• Work with the retail store staff, ensure Tramontina products are correctly positioned, full price tags, signage, leads followed up.

• Capture customer feedback, market information and competitor activity; report to supervisor.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales target (if applicable) or assist in upselling Tramontina range.
