Job Summary:
As an In-Store Sales Executive at Apollo Pharmacy, you will serve as the face of the brand within the store. Your role is to engage customers, explain healthcare solutions, assist in enrollment processes, and ensure a seamless retail experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
⢠Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their healthcare needs.
⢠Pitch suitable product offerings and value-added services available at the pharmacy.
⢠Explain features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage of health-related cards or plans (e.g., health membership cards).
⢠Assist customers with document collection and verification in compliance with KYC and company norms.
⢠Maintain complete and accurate customer records, ensuring all data is entered correctly.
⢠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely activation and delivery of services.
⢠Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge.
⢠Contribute to sales targets and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
⢠Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and Apolloās service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:
⢠Education: Minimum 10+2 (PUC); a diploma/degree in pharmacy or related field is an added advantage.
⢠Experience: 0ā2 years in retail, healthcare, customer service, or sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.
⢠Language Proficiency: Fluency in local language and basic English preferred.
