• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly targets.

• Plan and allocate daily field activities to the team.

• Ensure team members maintain strong relationships with retailers/customers.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Conduct regular market visits with the team to ensure execution of sales strategy.

• Train and develop executives in sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Resolve escalations and assist the team in closing high-value deals.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
