Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
Plan and allocate daily field activities to the team.

Conduct regular market visits with the team to ensure execution of sales strategy.
Train and develop executives in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Resolve escalations and assist the team in closing high-value deals.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3–5 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
