Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Technical Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals in technical domains such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Manufacturing, and Production. This role requires strong knowledge of technical job profiles, effective sourcing strategies, and excellent communication skills to connect the right talent with the organization’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and job descriptions for technical roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, etc.)

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, campus hiring, and headhunting.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (3–8 years) in recruiting for Non-IT technical roles.

Strong understanding of engineering and technical job descriptions.

Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bulk hiring for manufacturing/production industries.

Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws (basic).

Good presentation and reporting skills.
