HR Recruiter & HR Assistant (0.3 to 1 Year Experience)

Job Title: HR Recruiter & HR Assistant
Experience: 3 months – 1 year
Location: Chinchwad, Morwadi
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.

• Conduct initial HR screening rounds and assess candidate fitment.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and daily/weekly recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.

• Support in onboarding activities such as document collection and induction preparation.

• Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

  • Support recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, follow-ups, documentation.

  • Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.

  • Coordinate for training sessions and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.

  • Assist in payroll inputs by collecting attendance and other data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field (preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment cycle and HR processes.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and emails.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
