● Handle end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and leadership positions (CXO, VP, Director, etc.)
● Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
● Source and screen candidates through portals, networking, and referrals.
● Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with clients for further evaluation.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
● Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth closure of mandates.
● Bring in potential clients or recruitment mandates (preferred but not mandatory).
● 2 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or lateral hiring.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Strong networking abilities and sourcing skills.
● Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
● Prior experience in executive search or leadership hiring will be an added advantage.
● Client-handling experience will be an added advantage.
● Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience & commitment)
