Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at Waves Venture LLP and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, good time management, and the ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Set up and manage the kitchen with required utensils and equipment.
Prepare and cook food in a timely and consistent manner.
Study recipes and gather all necessary ingredients before preparation.
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.
Supervise and guide kitchen staff when required.
Check the freshness of ingredients and discard expired items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Relevant experience in a Chef role
Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety standards
Familiarity with advanced and non-traditional cooking methods is a plus
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Basic leadership and team-handling ability
Culinary school diploma or certification is an added advantage
