Business Development Executive – Retail & Digital (Bangalore)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive retail sales, engage customers in-store and online, and support digital lead conversions. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling walk-in customers, following up on leads, and coordinating with the marketing team to boost overall sales performance.

📍 Location: Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore
💼 Role Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable sofa/cot options.
• Convert online and offline leads into sales through timely follow-ups and personalized service.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, offers, and digital campaigns to drive footfall.
• Maintain customer database and ensure proper documentation of enquiries and orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
• Support product display management and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
• Conduct field visits or local networking to generate potential leads when required.


Requirements:

• PUC or Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2–5 years’ experience in furniture, retail, or home décor sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of digital leads and CRM usage preferred.
• Own two-wheeler for customer visits and local coordination.


💰 Salary: As per experience + attractive incentives.

📆 Schedule: 6-day work week (field + store coordination).
