Job Title: Business Manager – Financial Services
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ••Business Manager•• to drive business growth by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and managing long-term client relationships. The role involves selling financial products such as ••investment instruments and insurance solutions••, along with providing financial insights and analytics-based reports to clients. The candidate will also be responsible for post-sales service and maintaining strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable ••investment and insurance products••.
• Convert leads into customers through effective financial advisory and relationship building.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Financial Advisory & Product Sales
• Promote and sell financial instruments such as:
• Mutual Funds
• Insurance Products (Life & Health)
• Investment Plans
• Wealth Management Solutions
• Provide basic ••financial analysis and investment insights•• to clients.
4. Client Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service.
• Provide post-sales support including policy servicing, portfolio review, and updates.

5. Financial Reporting & Analysis
