Position: US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter (only females)
Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Onsite candidates preferred)
Shift Timings: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in US IT Recruitment(recent)
Joining: Immediate FEMALE joiners preferred

Role & Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening
1)Source qualified candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and CEIPAL ATS.
2)Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural alignment.
3)Use Boolean search techniques, social media, and referrals to build strong candidate pipelines.

Offer Negotiation & Closing
1)Negotiate rates/salaries and employment terms in alignment with company and client guidelines.

ATS Management & Reporting
1)Update CEIPAL ATS with detailed notes, submissions, interview statuses, and follow-ups.

Market Awareness
1)Stay updated on US market trends, technology skillsets, visa/work authorization policies, and compensation benchmarks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals with:
1) 1+ year of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment(recent)
2) Hands-on experience with CEIPAL and major US job boards
3) Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories (H1B, GC, OPT, USC, etc.)
4) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
5) Preference for candidates open to onsite roles in Kanpur
