Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Delivery Partner Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring delivery boys for our partner companies. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to attract and onboard suitable delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit delivery boys for logistics and delivery operations.
Explain job roles, earnings, and benefits to candidates.
Convince and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Maintain a database of recruited candidates.
Coordinate with the operations team for successful onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with people confidently.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
