Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring for our pan-India clients, including Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit etc. The primary focus will be on high-volume sourcing and onboarding of delivery partners and ground staff.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining candidate databases.
