••Fixed Night shift (7:30 pm- 4:30 am) Sat & Sun fixed off.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

• Source & screening applicants through USA job portals & other professional networks

• Shortlist relevant resumes

• Cold callingSend emails and follow-ups

• Explaining training details

• Maintain records of all candidates during recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork

Qualifications/Traits:

• Having 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field. Freshers can also apply.

• Good communication skill in English (both spoken and written).

• MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Great interactive skills.

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree or relevant degree is mandatory.
