Department Overview

The Human Resources Department is a cumulative force of sub functions such as Talent Acquisition, Business HR Partnering, Talent Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Compensation and Benefits.  HR has leverage in setting up Policy & Processes across employee life cycle in the company and was also shortlisted for Business World HR Excellence Awards, 2015. The HR team is highly noted for its candidate experience, effective training and the culture it spreads across the organization.


Role Overview 

As a talent acquisition executive, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented middle management and executive level in order to match the talents of those professionals with our open searches.

Manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search.

Key Responsibilities

  • The TA Specialist tracks and maintains active pipeline of candidates. 

  • Focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.

  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters and also by using newsgroups and job sites.

  • Assess applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 

  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging and meals, escorting applicant to interviews and arranging community tours.

  • Partnering closely with a variety of hiring managers and HR Business Partners to achieve success in filling key positions.   

  • Tracks and maintains metrics as needed.

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

  • Proven ability to develop and document a candidate search strategy and follow that strategy through to results.

  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups.
