Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
Job Management: Collaborate with managers to define roles and create/post job descriptions.
Process Coordination: Manage candidate interviews and keep applicants updated.
Onboarding: Facilitate the transition of new hires into the company.
Metrics & Reporting: Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and maintain records in the ATS
